Corporate training
Bring Siemens Power Academy TD – NA education and training programs in-house for an ideal training experience. In-house training offers the benefits of schedule flexibility, eliminates participant travel costs, and allows your team exclusive access to the instructor for site-specific questions and discussions in a confidential setting. Bring one of our expert network consultants on-site for training, problem solving and coaching. Course content can be customized based on the participants' needs and abilities.

Extended programs
Siemens Power Academy TD – NA offers extended programs with the goal of providing non-technical professionals and engineers new to power systems a series of survey courses that provide the necessary theoretical and practical background to make them better management decision makers and more effective engineers.
Many graduates of our extended programs have gone on to become significant contributors in management and in their organization’s planning, design and operation departments.
The Power Technology extended program is designed to give participants a deeper appreciation of electric power system technology by providing instruction in a variety of topics. This program instills in participants a working knowledge of generation, transmission and distribution topics and the inter-relationships that bind them into a coordinated power system.
The Distribution System Engineering extended program focuses on electric power distribution systems and equipment. This program instills in participants practical knowledge of distribution equipment applications and impacts on reliability, planning, design, operations, economic and environmental issues.
Each program’s objectives include enhancement of the fundamentals of electrical engineering theory for each topic, as well as developing practical problem-solving abilities.
These programs may be customized based on your needs; the possibilities are many.
