Porcelain Surge Arresters

Our 3EP surge arresters are available for all system voltages up to 800 kV and line discharge classes 1 to 5 (according to IEC 60099-4) as single column arresters. For applications with even high energy requirements, e. g. SC, SVC, HVDC systems, our 3EP3 is available also as a multi-column arrester.

3EP4 is a metal-oxide arrester with porcelain housing for power systems up to U m = 170 kV.

3EP2 is a metal-oxide arrester with porcelain housing for power systems up to U m = 550 kV.

3EP3 is a metal-oxide arrester with porcelain housing for power systems up to U m = 800 kV.

All 3EP arresters are used in outdoor installations.
