Who can access the Siemens T&D Online Customer Service Portal?
The Portal can only be used by end-user customers and Siemens partners who have registered to the Siemens website and authenticated by the T&D Online Customer Service Portal Administrator.

How do I access the Portal registration form?
You can access the registration form from the T&D Online Customer Service homepage.

What information will I have to provide in order to register?
The registration form will ask you to provide:
personal information (last name, first name, email, phone, company, address)
your Siemens contact's email address (servicesolutions.sptd@siemens.com if unknown)
set a password (new password must contain at least 8 characters, including one number, one special character, one capitalized letter, and one lowercase letter)
Disregard the section on use of the PTD Internet Portal.
Check box accepting terms of use and click "Send Registration".
How do I confirm my registration?
Within a few minutes you'll receive an email from Siemens asking you to confirm your registration. Click on the link in that email to confirm your registration.
Once you have confirmed your registration, you will be able to use the Portal immediately.
Note: Shortly thereafter you may receive a second email confirming your registration. Please disregard that email as the link takes you to a different Siemens Portal that utilizes the same registration process.
Please note: The T&D Online Customer Service Portal is intended for end-user customers of Siemens power circuit breakers, power transformers, switchgear, and voltage regulators. Upon registration, the Portal Administrator (servicesolutions.sptd@siemens.com) will review your request and provide enhanced access to the Portal as appropriate.
