What do I use for my user name and password?
Your user name is the email address with which you registered. Your password is the custom, 8 character password that you created during the registration process.
What happens the first time I access the Portal?
When you login to the Portal for the first time, you'll be asked to accept a Non-Disclosure Agreement detailing terms of use. You'll then be asked to indicate your primary job function and the type of company you work for. You'll also be asked to indicated whether you want to receive the T&D Guardian Newsletter (industry newsletter from Siemens dedicated to enhancing knowledge transfer for engineers responsible for maintaining electrical transmission and distribution equipment) and additional information on products, systems, and services from Siemens Energy.
Click Submit and you have successfully logged into the Portal.
Please note: The T&D Online Customer Service Portal is intended for end-user customers of Siemens power circuit breakers, power transformers, switchgear, and voltage regulators. Upon registration, the Portal Administrator (servicesolutions.sptd@siemens.com) will review your request and provide enhanced access to the Portal as appropriate.
